At Grove Collaborative, we want you to love your home and the products in it. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Grove account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unused items back into their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely back at our facility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
